Mohmand Agency girls’ school blown up

PESHAWAR – Terrorists blew up a primary school in the Sagee Bala area of Tehsil Safi, Momand Agency December 3.
Saboteurs detonated two bombs planted in Government Primary School in Sagee Bala and destroyed the entire building, Momand Agency education officer Syed Muhammad told reporters.
The blasts also damaged windows of nearby houses, local tribesmen said.
Terrorist have blown up 70 schools in Mohmand Agency during the past three years, targeting 23 schools for girls and 47 for boys, Muhammad added.
No one has claimed responsibility for the blast, however the Taliban have claimed responsibility for attacks on schools in the past.
