LAHORE – Police have arrested three suspects in connection with the March 8 car bombing in Faisalabad that killed 24 people and wounded over 100 others, Inspector General of Police Punjab Javed Iqbal said March 9.
The suspects are not Tehreek-e-Taliban Punjab members, Jang reported.
One suspect, arrested at the scene, provided information leading to two other suspects, Javed said.
Authorities said they had unearthed the entire network responsible for the Faisalabad attack.
However, Javed refused to disclose details about that network.
