Karkhano Market blast injures 13

PESHAWAR – A remote-controlled car bomb injured at least 13 people November 2 near the Karkhano Market near Jamrud Tehsil, Khyber Agency, police said.
The bombers were targeting a vehicle belonging to tribal elder Malik Taj, who owns a sprawling foreign-goods market, Senior Superintendent of Police Dr. Saeed told Central Asia Online.
The blast was caused by 12-15kg of explosives, he said.
The injured were taken to the Hayatabad Medical Complex.
