Turkmenistan, Turkey, Azerbaijan, to institute tri-partite relations

KYIV – Turkmenistan, Turkey and Azerbaijan plan to transition to tri-partite relations, Turkish media reported, citing Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu's remarks at the 20th session of the OSCE Ministerial Council December 6.
The countries plan to develop a relationship in energy and transportation sectors as part of this format.
Turkey already has tri-partite relations with Azerbaijan and Georgia, Trend.az reported December 6. The format means that each trio's foreign ministers convene annually.
