Militants have turned to improvised explosive devices (IEDs) as a weapon of choice. IEDs present several challenges: they are difficult to detect, easy to make, kill indiscriminately - and have claimed the lives of many innocent civilians. Pakistani and Afghan forces continue to struggle to find the best method to combat IEDs. Central Asia Online will periodically examine the issues arising from this threat.

Victims of IEDs, as a rule, are military or law enforcement officers, and so they are less likely to pose a threat to civilians. The problem is that they are easy to make at home, and most importantly, it is difficult to control as opposed to the factory-made ones, which are easy to track.
The people living in these ares kept deliberately ignorant and ignorance is greatest enemy of mankind.Let them enjoy the fruit of ignorance.
Pakistani children have also become victims of indiscriminate firing by all sides, bombing, artillery, mortar, drones etc. Unfortunately this side goes ignored without any data being collected on the victims as it is not considered appropriate after all they are the other children. I have my self been lectured by a DIG of KPK police on requirement of killing and maiming 'taliban' children and taliban "families"for winning the conflict. The fact of matter is that present conflict is being led by Pakistan Army drawing its ranks from the characterless mercenary men of salt range who sided with the British in 1857 to kill its own people.

Get the occupiers out of the area and there will be no more IED. The cause of this mess is because USA and their western allies decided to attack and occupy central asian muslim countries and the people use whatever means they have to defend themselves.

Many peoples think they have not save future in Pakistan. over Political parties clash to each other and as a result Target killing is occur like Karachi . over college system is also under the political parties .which cause division in students and they are divided in small unions like (MSF ) AND MANY OTHERS . and this main dangerous another division is Canaries in Pakistanis which love it very much . like these are Punjabi ,these are Sindhi, and these are pa tans or Bloch etc . On the other hands we are also divided in different Islamic categories like these are shin , sunis , Wahhabi etc . India, Russia , Israel , america and other non Muslim and Euripides etc are try to destroy the Pakistan . On the other hand Multinational companies play major role which buy Preparatory materials at very low price and sale that products at very high market rate and over leaders could not take care it they are Bani fitters for multinational companies . These sales dangerous things which are very dangerous for over health .etc Cruption is on at peak till over leaders are very crypt. why they solve these problems ? over Police makers are not active and serious even many are not know Islamic rules. over leaders like capitalism they fallows British rules not Islamic etc There are many problems which are in over system and govt so it give many time for more comments .( salam pk army ).
